Install DriveAuditr from the Google Workspace Marketplace (coming soon). Open any Google Sheet and find DriveAuditr in the Add-ons menu. No configuration needed.
Click "Run Audit Now" from the Add-ons menu. The audit runs in the background, processing all your Drive files and permissions. Check the Audit Status sheet for real-time progress.
When complete, review your results in the "Drive Audit" sheet. Each row shows a file and its permission. Use Google Sheets filters to find publicly shared files or external shares.

For each file, DriveAuditr shows: file name, file ID, owner, file type, MIME type, creation and modification dates, file size, direct URL, and all permissions (including permission type, role, email address, domain, and display name). Each row in the spreadsheet represents one permission entry.
